The Project's main goal is to set up an effective mechanism for assessing and utilising the existing subsoil potential within the amalgamated territorial communities.

The Project will result in following activities:

  • Protecting the interests of communities in terms of environmental, economic and nature conservation use of the raw resources.
  • Developing tools that can help make the process of extracting and using mineral resources more transparent and accessible to citizens.
  • Promoting the formation of public-private partnerships.
  • Developing tools for assessing and attracting mineral resources and their potential to the economy of ATCs.
