The meeting participants focused on analyzing the results achieved, assessing the performance of key indicators, and setting priorities for 2026, taking into account the challenges relevant to the subsoil use and geological exploration industry in Ukraine.

A working meeting was held at Zakhidukrgeologiya, a subsidiary of PJSC NAK Nadra Ukraine, with the participation of Viktor Novikov, Chairman of the Board of PJSC NAK Nadra Ukraine. The meeting was devoted to summarizing the results of activities for 2025, discussing work and development plans for 2026, and determining approaches to strategic partnership in the field of mineral resource base development with the involvement of foreign investors.

During the meeting, Viktor Novikov noted the positive results of the work of the State Enterprise “Zakhidukrgeologiya” in 2025 and stressed the importance of maintaining the pace of development in 2026.

“SE ‘Zakhidukrgeologiya’ demonstrates tangible positive results and a professional approach in the performance of its tasks. It is important to maintain the momentum and strengthen the focus on areas that create long-term value for the Company and the State,” the Chairman of the Board emphasized.

Separately, V. V. Novikov emphasized the strategic role of developing the region's mineral resource base and noted the importance of the decision on state support for the industry. This will open up opportunities for systematic and predictable work on increasing resources. He also gave a positive assessment of the strategic directions outlined for the development of the state-owned enterprise Zakhidukrgeologiya in 2026 and drew attention to the need to strengthen internal cooperation within the company.

"I support the strategic directions for the development of the subsidiary for 2026. The next important step is to strengthen the integration of the enterprises of PJSC NAK Nadra Ukraine for the implementation of more global network projects. The synergy of competencies and resources will enable us to act as a single, effective system and achieve results much faster," said Viktor Novikov.

For his part, the director of Zakhidukrgeologiya thanked PJSC NAK Nadra Ukraine and personally the Chairman of the Board Viktor Viktorovich Novikov for his consistent support, attention to the needs of the enterprise, and constructive position on the development of key areas of activity. Mykhailo Lyshak also confirmed the team's readiness to ensure the implementation of the plans set for 2026, focusing on practical results, increasing efficiency, expanding partnerships, and preparing high-quality investment decisions.

“In 2026, we are focusing on developing priority projects, conducting geological exploration, and preparing high-quality investment proposals. The support of NAK Nadra Ukraine allows us to plan our work systematically and focus on long-term results,” said Mykhailo Lyshak, director of Zakhidukrgeologiya.

Following the meeting, further steps were agreed upon to detail the work plan of the State Enterprise  “Zakhidukrgeologiya” for 2026, forming a list of priority projects, and developing proposals aimed at developing the mineral resource base, including geothermal initiatives and potential formats for international investment cooperation.
